Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - A local nonprofit dedicated to fighting hunger in St. Francois County is inviting the community to come together for a warm meal and a good cause this weekend.
Feed My Sheep will host its annual “Soup-er Cause” fundraiser on Sunday, March 1, 2026. Organizer Elizabeth Poston explains what Feed My Sheep is.
Poston says the organization began in 2018.
The Soup-er Cause fundraiser will be held at the Magnolia Ballroom, in Leadington, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., or until food is sold out. The menu will include a variety of soups and chili, along with hot dogs, peanut butter sandwiches, drinks, and dessert.
The cost is $10 per person, and all proceeds will benefit Feed My Sheep’s ongoing efforts to serve individuals and families in need throughout St. Francois County.
