Firefighters Contain Fredericktown House Fire, No Injuries Reported

Fredericktown, Mo. (KFMO) - Fire crews in Fredericktown responded to a first-alarm residential fire Sunday evening in the 900 block of South Mine La Motte Avenue.

The Fredericktown Fire Department, along with the Cherokee Pass Fire Protection District, arrived to find a fire at the rear of the home. Firefighters quickly attacked the blaze and were able to contain it before it spread further. Officials say the residents were not home at the time, and no injuries were reported.

The department expressed appreciation for the assistance of mutual aid partners, including Madison County EMS and Madison County 911.
