On November 17, officers with the Mineral Area Drug Task Force, the St. Francois County Sheriff’s Office, and Operation Relentless Pursuit located and arrested the remaining two suspects.
ron County deputies then executed a search warrant at a residence in St. Francois County, leading to the formal arrests and charges. Robert T. Siegler, Kyle E. Schwanter Jr., Jayme R. Hollingshead, and Emily M. Conley have each been charged with second-degree burglary, stealing, and first-degree property damage.
