Glik’s Celebrates Remodel with Ribbon Cutting in Farmington

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - A ribbon cutting ceremony was held last week for the Glik’s store in Farmington following the completion of a recent remodel.

The event, hosted by the Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce, brought together community members, business leaders, and store staff to celebrate the updated look and continued presence of the long-standing retailer. Owner Jeff Glik shared the story behind the business and its history of serving customers for more than a century.

Glik also explained why Farmington was selected as one of the company’s store locations, citing the city’s growing retail community and strong customer base.

He added that community support has been key to Glik’s continued success, noting that local shoppers have helped the store thrive over the years. Glik’s operates nearly 70 stores across the Midwest, offering name-brand apparel and accessories for men, women, and children.

The Farmington location’s remodel includes updated displays, new fixtures, and a refreshed layout designed to enhance the shopping experience.
