Groundbreaking Held for New Law Enforcement Academy at Mineral Area College

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - Mineral Area College officials gathered Monday morning to celebrate the official groundbreaking of the college’s new Law Enforcement Academy building.

The modern training facility marks a major investment in future law enforcement professionals and the safety of communities throughout the region.

College leaders say the state-of-the-art academy is expected to be completed in 2026 and will provide enhanced educational and training opportunities for students entering the field.
