Highway Patrol Investigating Homicide in Reynolds County

Reynolds Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating a possible homicide in Reynolds County.

According to MSHP Troop G Sergeant Thomas Young, troopers were called around 11:10 p.m. on November 11 to a home along Highway B near Ellington. About 20 minutes later, a Reynolds County deputy conducted a traffic stop on Highway 106 and took a 27-year-old male suspect into custody. Sgt. Young said the suspect’s name has not been released. The victim’s identity is also being withheld pending notification of family.

The Patrol’s Troop I Division of Drug and Crime Control was called in just after midnight to assist with the investigation, which remains ongoing.
