Washington Co., Mo. (KMFO) - An Illinois man is facing multiple charges following an arrest in Washington County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol online arrest report, 38-year-old Justin L. Baker of Collinsville, Illinois, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on Friday, April 3, in Washington County.
Baker is listed as being held on charges of fourth-degree assault on a law enforcement officer, felony fleeing, driving while revoked, and kidnapping.
Authorities say Baker was being held at the Washington County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
