Judge Pat King Announces Re-Election Bid

St. Francois Co., Mo (KFMO) - Judge Patrick L. King has announced he intends to seek re-election as Associate Circuit Judge, Division 4, for St. Francois County.

King has served as judge since 2019. Prior to taking the bench, he spent nearly 20 years as chief assistant prosecutor for St. Francois County and has practiced law for more than 30 years. In announcing his candidacy, King said he has devoted his career to public service and pledged to continue serving with honesty, integrity, and fairness.

King was first elected in 2018 and re-elected in 2022 with nearly 70 percent of the vote. Since becoming judge, he has worked with the Missouri Supreme Court’s Civic Education Committee and helped edit the Missouri Criminal Bench Book.

He also serves as municipal court judge for several local communities.
