MAFAA Hosting BBQ Fundraiser to Support Arts Programs and Summer Camps

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - The Mineral Area Fine Arts Academy will host a BBQ fundraiser on Friday, May 1, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with proceeds going toward the organization’s wide range of programming.

Funds raised during the event will help support MAFAA initiatives, including its upcoming summer camps and other educational and cultural offerings throughout the year.

Executive Director Amanda Dement says the academy doesn’t frequently hold fundraisers, but community support plays an important role in sustaining its programs.

The fundraiser offers a convenient option for supporters, with meals available for pre-order online.
