Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The Missouri Department of Conservation is inviting the public to complete their hunter education certification with an in-person training session in southeast Missouri next month.
The final certification class will be held March 28 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Farmington Elks Lodge, located at 1005 Krei Boulevard. The course is open to participants ages 11 and older and serves as the final step toward becoming hunter education certified.
Before attending, participants must complete the required knowledge portion either online or by answering the chapter review questions in the student manual. Those using the manual must bring it to the session for instructor review at no cost.
Registration is required and can be completed online.
