Men’s Health Day Set for Thursday at St. Francois County Health Center

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Men across the Parkland are encouraged to take advantage of a special Men’s Health Day scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the St. Francois County Health Center in Park Hills.

Men’s Health Day - Men Inviting Men to “Know Their Numbers, is an initiative designed to encourage men to take an active role in their health by learning and understanding key personal health indicators.

The event will run from 8 a.m. to noon and will offer a variety of free and low-cost health services designed to promote preventive care and early detection.

Free screenings will include Hemoglobin A1C testing, cholesterol checks, and blood pressure screenings. In addition, attendees will have access to nutrition counseling and immunizations provided on site.

A $12 PSA test will also be available for those interested in prostate health screening, with results returned within a few days.

Health officials say the event is open to both walk-ins and scheduled appointments, making it easy for residents to participate regardless of schedule.
