Franklin Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Mineral Point man was arrested early Thursday morning on drug-related charges, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
45-year-old Joshua D. Garrett was taken into custody at approximately 3:03 a.m. on January 15, 2026, following a traffic stop. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, specifically methamphetamine (3 grams), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Garrett was held at the Franklin County Jail but has since been released.
