Mineral Point Man Charged After Eight-Month Child Enticement Investigation

Washington Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Mineral Point man is facing serious charges following an eight-month investigation by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Rustin S. Boyer has been charged with enticement or attempted enticement of a child, an unclassified felony, under the condition that the actor is 21 years of age or older and the child is less than 15 years old. Authorities issued a warrant in the case and Boyer was taken into custody the same day by Washington County detectives.

He is currently being held on a $100,000 bond. No further details about the investigation have been released at this time.
