Missing Madison County Juvenile Located Safely

Madison Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A missing juvenile from Madison County has been located safely, according to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Nic Adams says the child, Lilly Watkins, was found following a coordinated, multi-agency effort. Assistance came from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Fredericktown Police Department, Madison County 911, and the Bollinger County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Adams also credited Flock Safety for providing time-sensitive information that helped locate the child. He noted frustration with delays from social media platforms Snapchat and Facebook, saying cooperation was denied despite court orders.

The sheriff thanked community members who shared the advisory and helped bring attention to the case.
