MoDOT to Close Route N in Ste. Genevieve County for Bridge Maintenance

Ste. Genevieve Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The Missouri Department of Transportation announced that Route N in Ste. Genevieve County will be closed for bridge deck maintenance on Monday, May 18, weather permitting.

The work zone is located between Route P and Coffelt Road near Ozora, Missouri. Crews are scheduled to work from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During the maintenance project, the roadway will remain open to local traffic only. A marked detour will be posted for through traffic traveling in the area.

MoDOT says the work zone will be clearly marked with signs, and motorists are encouraged to use extreme caution while traveling near crews and equipment.

Drivers should allow extra travel time and be prepared for changing traffic conditions throughout the day.
