Motorcycle Crash in Washington County Claims One Life

Washington Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A 62-year-old Cedar Hill man was killed Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Washington County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 10:28 a.m. on February 28, 2026, along Missouri Highway 185 north of Goose Creek Road.

The Highway Patrol reports the man was driving a 2017 Harley-Davidson Street Glide northbound when he was traveling too fast for conditions and failed to negotiate a right-hand curve. Troopers say the motorcycle crossed the center line and struck a southbound 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser head-on.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Toyota, a 37-year-old man from St. Charles, was wearing a safety device at the time of the crash. His vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene. No injuries were listed for him in the report.
