Multi-Chamber Event to Bring Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders Together September 17

Desloge, Mo. (KFMO) - A multi-chamber event will bring local entrepreneurs, business owners and community leaders together for an evening of networking, inspiration and real-world business lessons.

Scott Griffin, owner of Griffin Automotive Design, spoke at this week's Desloge Chamber of Commerce luncheon about the upcoming event, “One Night. Two Entrepreneurs. Countless Lessons.” Griffin says the event will give local businesses and leaders an opportunity to learn from entrepreneurs who have built successful companies while overcoming challenges along the way.

The event will feature Jon Paramore, founder and CEO of Ready Status, and Charlie Beis, president of Beis Plumbing.

Paramore is an entrepreneurial leader, business coach and GAF Expert Value Speaker who has built multiple successful companies and now works with entrepreneurs and sales professionals on leadership, productivity, personal growth and business development.

Beis is the owner of Beis Plumbing, which has grown from a business he started alone in 2015 into a company with a 30-to-40-person team and eight-figure annual revenue. The event will highlight his journey from building the company out of his dining room to creating a large and successful home-service business.

The event is scheduled for September 17 at the MAC Tech Center.

A networking reception and happy hour will begin at 5 p.m., with appetizers and two drink tickets included. Beer, wine and assorted non-alcoholic drinks will be available, with additional drinks available for purchase afterward.

Admission is $25 for chamber members and $35 for non-members. The event is hosted by the Bonne Terre, Bismarck, Desloge, Park Hills/Leadington and Farmington Chambers of Commerce.
