Leadington, Mo. (KFMO) - The new McDonald’s in Leadington officially opened its doors at 6 a.m. Thursday morning, drawing a large crowd eager to be among the first to experience the newest addition to the area.
Excitement was high as the first 100 customers through the drive-thru received punch cards good for 30 free sandwiches over the next month.
Owner Chrissy Hurst says this location offers more than just a typical McDonald's experience.
She says the inside of the restaurant features a unique design and layout to better serve customers.
A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday to celebrate the grand opening with local leaders and the community.
