Washington Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A man was injured in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon on northbound Missouri Route 21 in Washington County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 4:04 p.m. on January 14, 2026, on northbound MO-21 just south of Rolling Hills Drive. The patrol reports a 2015 Ford Escape, driven by a 49-year-old man from Dittmer traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. The vehicle sustained total damage and was towed from the scene. The driver was wearing a safety device at the time of the crash and suffered moderate injuries.
He was transported by the Washington County Ambulance District to Washington County Memorial Hospital for treatment. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
