Out-of-State Warrant Arrest Made in Reynolds County

Reynolds Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The Reynolds County Sheriff’s Office reports an arrest has been made in connection with an out-of-state warrant.

Authorities say, with assistance from the Operation Relentless Pursuit Task Force, deputies apprehended Devon Hicks, who was wanted on a warrant stemming from charges of predatory criminal sexual assault involving a victim under the age of 13. Hicks was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held pending extradition to the requesting jurisdiction. The Sheriff’s Office thanked the task force and partnering agencies for their continued cooperation and commitment to public safety. All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
