Richwoods Woman Arrested in Franklin County on Drug and DWI Charges

Franklin Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Richwoods woman is facing multiple charges following her arrest in Franklin County Wednesday morning.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 55-year-old Heather L. Chandler was arrested at approximately 7 a.m. on June 17, 2026 in Franklin County.

Authorities report Chandler was arrested on a patrol charge of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while intoxicated involving drugs.

Following her arrest, Chandler was transported to the Franklin County Jail. Records indicate she has since been released.
