Route 32 Near Bismarck Reduced to One Lane for Pavement Repairs This Week

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Drivers traveling on Route 32 in Washington and St. Francois counties should expect delays as the Missouri Department of Transportation schedules pavement repair work this week.

According to MoDOT, Route 32 will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction between Route 21 and Route N in Bismarck while crews complete pavement repairs.

Weather permitting, the work is scheduled to take place from Tuesday, June 2 through, 2026 Thursday, June 4. Crews will be working daily between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

The construction zone will be clearly marked with signs. Motorists are encouraged to slow down, remain alert, and use extra caution while traveling through the work area to help ensure the safety of workers and fellow drivers.

Drivers may want to allow additional travel time or seek alternate routes during construction hours.
