Route EE Reduced to One Lane for Pavement Repairs Through June 11

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The Missouri Department of Transportation is advising motorists of upcoming lane reductions on Route EE in St. Francois and Ste. Genevieve counties as crews complete pavement repair work.

The affected section of Route EE extends from Colony Church Road in St. Francois County to Route C in Ste. Genevieve County.

Weather permitting, work will take place from Wednesday, June 3, through Thursday, June 11. Crews will be on site each day from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., and traffic will be reduced in the work zone to allow repairs to be completed safely.

MoDOT officials say the work area will be clearly marked with signs. Drivers should expect potential delays and are encouraged to slow down, remain alert, and use extra caution while traveling through the construction zone.

Motorists are reminded to watch for workers and equipment near the roadway and allow additional travel time during the repair period.
