Search of Ste. Genevieve Home Leads to Drug and Weapon Arrest

Ste. Genevieve, Mo. (KFMO) - A search of a residence within the Ste. Genevieve city limits led to the arrest of a man on multiple drug and weapon-related charges.

According to the Ste. Genevieve Police Department, officers working in conjunction with the Mineral Area Drug Task Force conducted the search on December 9, 2025. During the search, investigators discovered two firearms, more than four ounces of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.

As a result of the investigation, Jacob Allen Woolverton was taken into custody. He has been charged with trafficking drugs in the second degree, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon.

The investigation remains ongoing.
