Trimfoot Co. Announces Closure After More Than a Century in Business

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - Trimfoot Co., LLC, a longtime footwear provider in Farmington, announced Friday that it will close its doors on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

The company, which has been in business since 1913, has been a staple in the community for over 110 years.

Gary Gorsuch, CEO and president of Trimfoot Co., explained the reasons behind the closure.

Gorsuch confirmed that "either 23 or 24" employees will be losing their jobs as a result.

In a statement, Trimfoot Co. expressed gratitude to its customers, employees, and suppliers. 

The closure marks the end of an era for Farmington’s local business community.
