Jefferson Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has announced back-to-back jury convictions in connection with a 2024 robbery involving a pizza delivery driver.
Prosecuting Attorney Trisha Stefanski says Gregory Allen was found guilty by a Jefferson County jury this week. The conviction follows the January conviction of a second suspect, Charlie Brown, in the same case.
According to authorities, the robbery occurred on December 1, 2024, when a delivery driver reported being confronted by two male suspects who implied they were armed and demanded food. Fearing for their safety, the driver handed over the items before the suspects fled the scene.
Deputies with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office were able to track the suspects by following footprints in the snow, which led them directly to a residence. A search warrant executed at the home resulted in the recovery of the stolen food, which had been hidden inside.
Both suspects were arrested after matching the descriptions provided by the victim. Court officials say testimony from the victim played a key role in securing convictions in both trials.
Sentencing for Charlie Brown is scheduled for April 20, 2026. Gregory Allen is set to be sentenced on July 21, 2026.
