Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - A two-vehicle crash Sunday evening at U.S. 67 and Hildebrecht Road in St. Francois County left two men injured, one of them seriously.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 7:10 p.m. on March 22, 2026. Troopers report a 2021 Ford Mustang driven by a 38-year-old man from Farmington failed to yield and pulled into the path of a 2021 Toyota Venza driven by a 48-year-old man from O’Fallon.
The patrol says the Toyota struck the left side of the Ford.
The Farmington driver suffered serious injuries and was transported by St. Francois County EMS to Mercy Hospital South. The O’Fallon driver suffered moderate injuries and was taken by St. Francois County EMS to Parkland Health Center.
The Mustang driver was not using a safety device at the time of the crash, while the Toyota driver was wearing a safety device.
Both vehicles were listed as totaled and were towed from the scene.
