West Elvins Boulevard in Park Hills to Close Wednesday for Water Line Replacement

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - A section of West Elvins Boulevard in Park Hills will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, July 22, to allow crews to replace a water service line.

According to the City of Park Hills, the closure will be in effect on West Elvins Boulevard between Morice Street and George Street. The work is being performed by the City's Utility Department at 113 West Elvins Boulevard.

Drivers are encouraged to plan an alternate route to avoid delays while the replacement work is completed. Motorists traveling near the construction zone are also reminded to slow down and use extra caution for the safety of utility workers.

City officials have not announced how long the closure is expected to last but advise residents and commuters to expect traffic disruptions in the area throughout the project.
