Jefferson Co., Mo. (KFMO) - An Imperial man was arrested early Tuesday morning in Jefferson County on multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated and an outstanding assault warrant.
According to an online arrest report, 46-year-old Scott T. Finney was taken into custody on January 6, 2026, at approximately 12:38 a.m. Finney faces a patrol charge for driving while intoxicated, along with a charge from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department for fourth-degree assault.
Following his arrest, Finney was transported to the St. Louis City Justice Center. The report indicates the charges are bondable.
