Park Hills Ward 1 Bulk Trash Pickup Scheduled for Week of January 12

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - Residents in Park Hills Ward 1 are reminded that bulk trash pickup is scheduled for the week of January 12, 2026, with advance registration and payment required.

A $10 fee is required to participate, and residents must register and submit payment by Friday, January 9, 2026. Items should be placed curbside and must be set out no later than 7 a.m. Monday of the pickup week. Bulk items may be placed at the curb beginning the weekend before pickup begins. City officials note that bulk trash may not be collected on Monday due to a double trash route. Crews will have through Friday to collect all registered addresses. Once items at an address are picked up, crews will not return, so residents are urged not to place additional items out after collection has occurred. Only one stop per address is allowed.

There is a weight limit of one-half ton total per address, with no single item exceeding 250 pounds. Appliances containing Freon must have compressors removed prior to pickup. Items not accepted include vegetative matter, tires, batteries, hazardous materials, and construction debris. Pickup is curbside only, items placed in alleys or on side streets will not be collected. Residents unsure of their ward designation can contact Park Hills City Hall at 573-431-3577.

Complete guidelines and the full 2026 bulk pickup schedule are available on the Garbage Services page at parkhillsmo.net/services/garbage-services/.
