A group of moderate Republicans signed a petition to force a House vote on extending health care tax credits for three years, a major blow to Speaker Mike Johnson.
Chris Whipple, the author of the Vanity Fair story featuring interviews with White House chief of staff Susie Wiles, defended his reporting after Wiles called it a "disingenuously framed hit piece" on her. "They [The White House] know that everything is rock solid," Whipple told Major Garrett on "The Takeout."
