The U.S. government could be on the hook for up to $175 billion in reimbursements after the Supreme Court ruled most of the Trump administration's sweeping tariffs were illegal. Police in Shreveport, Louisiana, say Shamar Elkins killed eight children, seven of whom were his own kids, in a shooting early Sunday morning. The incident started as a domestic dispute and police say two women were also shot. Elkins was later killed in an exchange of gunfire with officers. Jason Allen reports.
