Fewer than one-third of those arrested by Border Patrol during the recent immigration crackdown in Charlotte were classified as criminals, a government document says.
NBA Hall of Famer Chauncey Billups appeared in court over allegations of cheating in high-stakes poker games that prosecutors say were operated by mafia figures.
Chauncey Billups, who was serving as head coach of the Portland Trail Blazers until his suspension, pleaded not guilty on Monday to charges related to alleged rigged high-stakes poker games. CBS News justice correspondent Scott MacFarlane has the latest.
