Almost a dozen people from a children's summer camp in Kerr County remain missing, officials said.

Their deaths were confirmed Saturday by St. Rita Catholic Community church.

Gov. Greg Abbott on Sunday provided an update on the devastating floods that have struck Texas. At least 79 have been killed and more than 40 people are missing.

A federal law enforcement source told CBS News that local police arrested eight people. The official said some of those apprehended were wearing body armor.
