Andrew Civey Signs With SEMO Redhawks To Continue Football and Academic Career

(Bonne Terre, MO) North County Senior Andrew Civey will continue his athletic and academic career after signing a national letter of intent with Southeast Missouri State University to play football. Civey was a member of the varsity Raiders on the gridiron for 3 seasons beginning in 2020 and a starting wide receiver for the last two seasons. Civey is a member of the Varsity Basketball team as well. Why did he chose football over basketball?

Former North County Raiders Quarterback Nolan Reed joined SEMO last season, did that weigh in to Civey's Decision?

In his 3 varsity seasons, Civey caught 26 of 28 passes for 397 total yards and 7 touchdowns. Defensively, Civey contributed 88.5 tackles, 3.5 sacks and 5 interceptions.
