(Festus, MO) The Festus Tigers are poised to battle it out with the top teams in the area after a strong offseason and camp that has led into August practices. AJ Ofodile’s Tigers were .500 last year and were Class 4 District 1 runner-ups to Hillsboro. Head Coach Ofodile says last season's positives and negatives have already had an impact for the 2023 campaign.
Ofodile adds the team needed to improve in one major category from last year.
Ofodile likes his depth at Quarterback with four players headlined by Jeremiah Cunningham and Essien Smith who platooned at the spot in 2022.
