(Fredericktown, MO) The Fredericktown Blackcats enter the new season with a new head coach in Steve Williams. But this isn’t Williams’ first rodeo. He takes over after having coached for over 20 years at Cape Central and most recently in Tennessee. Fredericktown football hasn’t had a winning record since 2012 when they were 6-5. Williams says the most important step to turn the program around is to find a team identity.
Williams adds the team has already bought in to the changes.
Williams likes the way the athletes have worked in the summer.
