(Herculaneum, MO) The North County Lady Raiders look to defend their two previous titles in the 25th Annual Doe Run Tournament hosted by the Herculaneum Blackcats.
2-seeded Lady Raiders battle the top seed Lutheran South Lancers. The two teams have made it an annual duel in the championship game for the third year in a row.
In 2020, The Lady Raiders were seeded second and knocked off the Lancers, who were the highest seed, in the title match, 67-54. Last year as the top seed, North County topped the 2-seed Lutheran South, 63-61.
The Lancers are in the championship game for the fourth straight season after beating Grandview in the quarterfinals 47-36, and Notre Dame (STL) 54-38 in the semifinal round. North County makes its third straight finals appearance with wins over Crystal City 65-27, and Herculaneum 46-31.
