Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) – Mineral Area sophomore standouts Nazir Allen and Nassir Binion are among the nation’s top junior college athletes according to JUCO Recruiting Report.
Forward Nazir Allen ranks 8th on the initial JucoRecruiting.com Top 100 Player Rankings for the 2026 JUCO class, while guard Nassir Binion is an honorable mention.
Allen leads the Mineral Area Cardinals with 14.6 points per game through 21 games this year. He averages 53-percent shooting from the field, and 7.2 rebounds per game. The Memphis, Tennessee native has contributed 40 blocks this season as well. Allen is the highest ranked player from Region 16 inside the Top 100.

Binion averages 11.6 points per game through 21 games and is making 51-percent of shots from the field. The St. Louis, Missouri native has collected 26 steals, and 29 assists.
Both have started in all 21 games for MAC this season.
Head coach Tony Irons says both players have made an important impact on the program.
