Caledonia, Mo. (KFMO) – The Valley Caledonia Vikings captured their first district title since 1992 with a win over Meadow Heights Friday night, 55-43.
Seniors Kaiden Dickey, Drew McClain, and Chayse DeClue led the Vikings to the win. Dickey finished the game with a team high 13 points, McClain added 12, and DeClue followed suit with 11 points.
Dickey says the seniors had a district title on their mind for a long time.
Vikings head coach Jacob Bollinger says the core group has meant a lot to the success of the team.
