Bonne Terre, Mo. (KFMO) – Wyatt Compton will be the 12th head coach of the North County Raiders football program.
Compton has spent the last six seasons as an assistant coach under Brian Jones at North County where he led the quarterbacks, wide receivers, and defensive backs.
Compton’s decade-plus of coaching experience began with two seasons as an assistant with the Farmington Knights from 2015-2016. He was a QB/WR assistant coach with Colorado Mesa University from 2017-2018 focusing on opponent scouting.
Before returning to North County, Compton spent two seasons in Cape Girardeau as an assistant to the offensive and defensive coordinators with Southeast Missouri State University.
Compton played football at North County and Southeast Missouri State University.
