St. Louis Dominates Houston to Start Season 1-0

Houston, Tx. (KFMO) - The St. Louis Battlehawks started the 2025 UFL season on the road Friday, and came away with a resounding 31-6 win over the Houston Roughnecks.

Led by a two-man rushing team of Jarveon Howard and Jacob Saylors, St. Louis jumped out to an 18-0 lead at the half. The dominance would continue into the second half, with the Battlehawks adding two more scores and going up by 31, before Houston finally scored its first touchdown with just 2 minutes to go.

The Battlehawks improve to 1-0 on the season. The team will play its first home game this Sunday, hosting the San Antonio Brahmas.
